I deactivated my account and now i wanna reactivate it but with another different number how do i do

Can i still be able to use a referral since i wanna change everything? My brother had this account under my email but he deactivated his phone line. Now i'm with fido and wish to come to fizz, can i be using the same account? Since i already have this account under my email or else i cant remake another account with the same email.

    In order to use the referral you need to create a new account (With a new email), the referral can be used only to the first plan. Since it is for new clients.

    Therefore, you need to see what it is better for you, create a new plan under your account, without the referral or create a new account with the referral?

    You can reuse the same SIM for the 2 options

    In order to get the referral you need to create a new account. There is no other way. You could try to reach out to support to ask - maybe they will give you the referral but I doubt it.

    You can only use a referral code, when activating the first plan. So a new account with different email (or email alias) will work.

    As mentioned, if you still have the Fizz SIM card from a previous plan, it can be reused.

    Please, open an account to Fizz and use another email adress.
    You'll be able to activate your first mobile plan and apply a referral code before january 6th to get 50$ after your second payment.
