$10 plan just calls

If I select the $10 plan and don't take any add on calls if someone calls me or I call someone is 0.25 cents per call, Am i correct?

  I mostly just want to park the cell phone number for now.

  Yep, outgoing and incoming calls are charged so keep enough money in your wallet
  It’s perfect for ‘parking’ your number
