Every time I'm trying to order my SIM with my French credit card it says that the CVV looks incorrec

Dear Sir, Madam,
I'm a French student and I'm going to study in Canada from January. Thus I'm trying to order my SIM with my french credit. Unfortunately, every time I'm ordering it, this message appears ; "The CVV you entered is incorrect". However I enter the exact CVV written on the back of my card. How can I solve this problem?

    They might not accept la carte bleu, this is a community forum, you should contact them via their facebook page to talk to an employee.

    I would call the bank to check the error code for the rejected transaction. They have to see exactly what is going on.
