you need to delete the messages
Once a message has been heard, press 7 to delete it. If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press 3-3 to go to the end, and then 7 to delete it.

If your voicemail is full, you need to delete some saved or new messages in your inbox, Fizz voicemail has a 15 messages capacity after that it will be full.

As the others have already said: delete the messages manually! That should free up space

Just delete some messages, just after heard them, press 7 to delete.3 -
sometimes i have two new message and my box is full.1
