Fizz says payment declined, but my bank says payment was posted to my credit card?

I got an email from Fizz saying my payment declined was declined on the credit card that I have been using to successfully pay them for nearly 2 years. Called my bank to check and they say my payment was posted to my credit card already. Whats the problem Fizz? Nothing has changed.

This happened to many people in the last day. I suggest you contact customer service.5

Many customers received a similar email since yesterday.
I think that checking with your bank was the best thing to do.4 -

It seems an issue with Fizz payment system
Please logon your Fizz account to check the latest payment transaction history.
If the issue is not resolved, you can contact Fizz support by chat:
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page4 -
It was a technical problem, should be fixed now1
