Paiement failed but credit card in good shape. Issue with Fizz?

Email received earlier today mentioning that my paiement failed. However, my CC is in good shape and I clearly see the paiement in my credit card. Fizz will stop the service after 10:00pm which does not make sense as the issue is clearly not the customer’s fault.
Ps: My credit card was also used for other Fizz transactions earlier this month and I had no issues.

It seems an issue with Fizz payment system
Please logon your Fizz account to check the latest payment transaction history.
If the issue is not resolved, you can contact Fizz support by chat:
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page7 -
Today fizz had a problem with their payment system
Connect to your account to see if the payment was processed, some user reported that their payment was done around 9am
To see a list of all your Fizz transactions:
1- Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2- If you have more than one plan, choose the plan you wish to see transactions for.
3- Scroll to the bottom of the usage summary and click on Transaction history.
You can try to contact the support but today you will have some problems to reach the support7 -
Many other customers experienced the same problem since yesterday.
You should contact Fizz directly to make sure your service will not be stopped.6 -
Hi Ikaissou,
As the other users mentionned, there were a lot of issues today with processing payments. I would suggest you contact support but they are probably overloaded at the moment.
