Paiement failed but credit card in good shape. Issue with Fizz?

Email received earlier today mentioning that my paiement failed. However, my CC is in good shape and I clearly see the paiement in my credit card. Fizz will stop the service after 10:00pm which does not make sense as the issue is clearly not the customer’s fault.
Ps: My credit card was also used for other Fizz transactions earlier this month and I had no issues.
