No internet outside Ottawa?

you need to enable the data roaming and you need to have the Canada Plan
Or you need to have money in the Fizz's wallet or a traveling data addon

I did enable roaming, still no internet :-(.
I do have Canada plan.
I am not traveling abroad, why buy an addon? I am in Toronto, isn't it covered in subscription area?8 -

If you have a Canada Plan you are ok, did you try to reboot the phone?
Can you check if the network operator is in automatic?
You can contact Fizz support by chat for help
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internet
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.7 -

I did reboot my phone, still no internet :-(
And yes, the network is set to "automatically select"7 -

If you have phone service, but not mobile data, please make sure your phone’s APN has been correctly configured. It is also mentioned in the link provided by Mike: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internet#85 -

Can you look at this guide https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-m-outside-my-coverage-zone-and-my-mobile-data-isn-t-working-why and carefully check all points, especially activate mobile roaming data and verify APN settings?

Had to change all my APN settings, and have internet now, thank you all for your help!!!7
