hi there , if i downgrade the quality on the video i watch on my cellphone do it use less data ?

For sure less quality less data if all the other things are the same such compression method, compression rate, key frame etc10 -

Marcel, if you're using data to stream the videos I suggest you do in fact downgrade the quality of what you'll get a surprise when you find out your data gets confined fast. Meanwhile the Fizz internet plans are unlimited so you don't have to worry about that.6
