Minutes per month includes calls received?
For $5 per month I get a fixed number of minutes to make calls to one of the countries on our special rate list. For The Netherlands it says 1000 minutes. Does that include calls received from The Netherlands? Or is this only for calls placed? If only for calls placed, what is the cost for calls received? Does this include calls placed to (and received from?) both land lines and cell phones in The Netherlands?

it is for the outgoing calls, the incoming calls if you have unlimited calls and you are under the coverage zone they are included (therefore free)
If you do not have unlimited calls and you are in the coverage zone, the incoming calls are considered the same if the call is generated from your neighbours or from Asia.9 -
Tks again Mike. Sounds like a good deal then. And it doesn't matter whether you call a land line or a cell phone (in The Netherlands, in my case)?8
