How do I change my internet plan immediately?

I want to increase the speed of my internet immediately but they say my plan won't take effect until january 2021. Is it possible to make it take effect immediately and if so, how?

    Philippe with fizz it’s how it goes. The change plan will take place the next cycle of your plan.
    To reach Fizz
    First, connect to your fizz account. And click on a help page as https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate
    Wait a few seconds to see the green bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.
    You will have to choose to use messenger whatsapp or chat. If chat is not available wait or choose messenger.
    Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.
