If i raise a request for new internet installation, by when i can expect the installation.

To find out if you are eligible for Fizz home internet, you can go here to simulate a registration

Select your plan and enter your address. If you are eligible, you can enter your payment information and select an installation date.

If you require an earlier appointment, you can check back on your account daily/regularly to see if there is an earlier appointment available due to others cancellation.

To see the available dates for installation, you have to go trough the subscription process.
It can vary between a few days to 2-3 weeks.
If you pick the first available date to confirm your service, you can always go back afterwards to see if something sooner becomes available.
