Fizz is selling both new and used phones. The ones that are labelled "preloved" are used.

Hi Andree. Looks like you are the only customer who bought fizz phone here so far. Is the package same as apple store. Does it cover 12 months apple warranty ? Thanks.11

Yes it is covered and new phones are sent in the original packaging. Here is what Fizz writes: "Since Fizz does not manufacture its own mobile devices, the only warranty offered on new phones is the 12-month manufacturer warranty. Preloved phones are covered by Fizz for a period of 6 months."

If you have any questions for Fizz, you can Live chat with Fizz support at any time 24/7:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open the help link page mentioned above from Fizz Solution Hub.

I bought a new Iphone as well. Arrived after two days and everything was perfect.Very pleasant experience overall.I have no experience with the used phone though.11
