You would need access to his Fizz account if you wish to register another credit card or change his method of payment. When your son signed-up for a new plan, he had to register a credit card on the account. This credit card will be charged automatically at the anniversary date of the plan renewal.

If his credit card is already registered on the account, perhaps you can pay his credit card bill.
