Friend refferal not working?

A friend reffered me but I still had an invoice without the rebate.I think it didn't work. What can I do to make sure we got the rebate? I'm already secondguessinf my joining fizz; talking to anyone seems very difficult.

The credit will be available only at your second payment and applied to your 3rd payment

For your information, some referral bonuses are not showing in the account of certain members. Fizz is aware and wants to reassure you: no bonuses will be lost! It’s a display issue our teams are currently working on, and everything should be back to normal shortly.

Hi Ariane,
As Mike mentioned, the bonus will be available starting on your third payment, and longer if there is still money left after that payment.
As for talking to someone, it is impossible with Fizz, all is done on line, you will get use to it.

Ariane,
If you have referred new Fizz user with your referral code, it takes time to get the rebate.
When the referred person will do his second payment, the rebate will be available in your account the third month.
You can see it in your account.
Log to your account.
Click on: My profile
and click on: Referral bonus
You will see all referral bonus, thoses received and not received.
