My preference is to give to a mature and responsable children, the âge can be 12 years, 14 years, it's depends.

I do not think there is a minimum age, but as MichelP, a plan with no data seems appropriate for younger children.7 -
I think around 12-13 years old, it's high school and most kids are getting responsible. Needs to think about a good plan and educate the kid6

Actually there is not age, but is different if you want to have and account whit fizz, if you are not 18 years old ask yours parents6
