How do I rename my wifi network and change my wifi password?
I would like to change my wifi network name and my wifi network password. I cannot find an answer to this common question in either hub. I heard it is easy to do with the mobile app, but I cannot even find the app on Google Play - it doesn't show up. This shouldn't be a difficult thing to do, or find the answer to.

1) Open a web browser on any device and navigate to: 192.168.0.1
2) Connect using the following information:
Username: cusadmin
Password: xxxxxxxx (enter the new password you selected during the initial configuration)
3) Navigate to the following section to make any changes:
Wireless → Basic Settings → 2.4GHz → set password at bottom left
Enter password and click on "Save Changes" button
You are also find the SSID on that page, which is the Wifi name
If you disabled the band steering, you need to change the SSID also 5G.13 -
Your replay regarding how to change the name of the wifi network does not make sense:
"You are also find the SSID on that page, which is the Wifi name
If you disabled the band steering you need to change the SSID also the the 5G"
Can you please outline how to change the name of the wifi network, with clear steps? Thank you.10 -
The app is available for download in Play Market as Fizz Wi-Fi. It is easy to change the network name and password in the app.

The first 3 steps are well explained in order to change the password
If you have the band steering enabled, the 2.4Ghz and the 5Ghz they have the same WiFi Name
If you disabled you will have two different name usually with a prefix which indicate the 2.4 Ghz and the 5GHz, therefore the WiFi Name (Which is the SSID) must be changed for both frequency11 -
