Is there a problem with the 50$ referral?

Saturday someone used my referral code, however, in the email, SMS and also in the Referral Bonuses list I have 40$ instead of 50$ that I am supposed to receive.
Am I the only one with this type of problem?
ps I will not contact support, the other person is supposed to do it.

Sounds like somebody used your referral code earlier, when ordered a sim, but starts a contract on Saturday. I can confirm that I also started contract Saturday's evening with existing sim, but in the Referral Bonuses list I have 50$ pending.8

Do you know if the referral was for an internet or mobile plan? Also in the referral list, is there a date showing? Also check the promo on your account to make sure it was changed to $50
