Does mobile upgrades have an expiry date?

Yes, they will expire after 24 months, starting from the day you get them and not the date when you apply the upgrade.

At the moment the expiration is not shown anywhere
Therefore you must take a note somewhere when you received them.

Probably Fizz will send an email letting us know that an upgrade is expiring.

You also have perks, which is a onetime upgrade, you have 90 days to activate it, when it is activated is valid for 30 days
The upgrades have the validity of 90 days when applied

You can see here below that 2 users Andrei and Yelena are with Fizz from more than 2 years, and for the moment they still have their bonus. However, we do not know if it is a glitch or if fizz is waiting for the end of the beta to start counting ? March 2019 or the end of the stabilization period April 2019

When you apply a mobile data Upgrade to your plan, you will receive this additional data each time your plan renews monthly.

The additional data from upgrades will rollover for 2 cycles (so it's good for up to 3 months, the same as your regular plan data).

When you apply a discount Upgrade to your plan, you will receive a rebate such as $1 plus taxes off your plan renewal each month.

As everyone mentions, the Upgrade bonuses are valid for 2 years, but hey that's far in the future for you.

p.s. As mentioned below by Yelena and Andrei, they have reached 2 years and all their Upgrades remain on their account.

I've been with Fizz for more than two years now and my first level upgrade is still valid :-) Another pleasant surprise!

More than two years also.All my upgrades are still present.
