Internet 120 at 65$ instead of 60$ ?

I have just noticed that internet 120 is at 60$ now but Im still paying 65$... why? How can I change it? It doest allow me, in manage my plan, to select the plan im currently using.

Please contact the support in order to have it adjusted, I will try to ask a refund for the months that you paid more.

In case of problem, you can contact Fizz support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm

1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear in bottom right of the page

You can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

Hi Eric

The price of the 120/20Mbps plan was lowered a few months ago.
As others mention, you need to contact Fizz support to have the adjustment done.

The only way you can adjust it yourself would be to change over to another plan and then change back to the lowered priced 120Mbps plan. Not a preferred method for most people.

I suggest you to contact the Fizz customer service by chat and ask them to adjust it to the actual monthly price.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on the green intterogation point down the right of the page.
Then, click on the green bubble chat.
