I work in Pharmaceuticals where patients need medication. I'm moving I'm a week and Foxx only have availability in 3 weeks,???? Wtf idebated on getting fizz before because of same issue there is such a delay in getting the service I'm a customer who simply is moving and I have to wait even longer??? Please help

Book your moving date for the earliest possible date. Check back on the site often to see if there is any cancellation and an earlier date available.
On your moving day, you will need to unplug the modem and bring it with you.
If your new home already has cable internet, you will likely be able to use your Fizz modem right away.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-moving-how-do-i-change-my-address-my-home-internet-service
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
