Fizz community question about "Internet speed/reliability issues" has disappeared. Why?
I posed a question about Internet reliability issues, and I received a few useful answers, but the question (and replies) disappeared within a few hours of the post. The post can't possibly be construed as being offensive, hence I can't understand how is it possible that it was removed. Thoughts?
FYI, the message I rcvd, at the time of the post, is: Hello Simon, Your question "Internet speed/reliability (since the day of the USA elections)?" has been posted on the Fizz Community Hub ...

BTW, one of the replies was from Whizz, who wrote:
<<< We're truly sorry to hear this. I took a quick look at your account and there are currently no maintenance works carried out in your area, your modem signals are looking great as well. Based on what my tools show me regarding the connected devices, I suggest disconnecting them from the network, reboot each of them and then reconnect.
Kindly also try the steps mentioned by Fizzy as well and please test on both Wifi and Ethernet. Should the issue be ongoing, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can be able to further check our tools and help: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
Thank you so much for your understanding.
Have a wonderful day!

If my post was removed because of the election comment, can that part of the phrase be removed?11 -
Hi Simon
Only Whizz can delete such posts. Do you have the URL of your question?
If you do, you can post it here or ask the question directly to Fizz support.
It would be helpful if we were notified about the reason when one of our posts is deleted/removed. In your case, if there was no reason to delete your post, it could have been removed by accident.13 -
Hello Fizzy! The link is/was: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2516151-internet-speed-reliability-day-usa-elections but it hasn't worked since shortly after posting9

Hi Simon
Sorry it looks like the post has been deleted. Hopefully a Whizz can shed some light on what transpired.7 -
You can ask fizz on the live chat through the website, facebook messenger or twitter. They are usually there 24/7 on social media. They will be glad to help you!9

Hi Simon
I cannot tell you way, but this some screenshot of your message.
Probably they deleted it for your reference to the US.
When I read it, I did not reply for that reason. To me was sounding like a provocation, probably I misread it9 -
Wow Mike, you have screenshots of everything?
Simon, as the screenshots show, there were political statements in your post. I think you have your answer now. Any posts with political, racist or religious references can be deleted.
