Why fizz not accept my replacing credit card , I want to cancel MasterCard start using Visa card?

I temporarily replace Visa with MasterCard because bank had to change visa number since someone try to use the card. Now I have the replacement and I set up Visa account again but fizz reuse to acknowledge the change. I ask to change to Visa please not MasterCard. Thank you

Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -
You need to add a new credit card and make a payment with it before removing one.9

After you add the new card click on the new payment méthode, sometimes wait for the email confirmation, be sure your card had approuved7

Make sure you add the new card before removing the old one.
If problem still persists, contact Fizz support for help.
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
