For sure you can put the SIM in any compatible phone and the One Plus 8 is compatible, the SIM can be adapted to the 3 formats

Insert into the phone, you should receive an SMS with the APN configuration, if you do not receive it you can force the resend

1- Log into your Fizz account and follow this path:
My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications
2- You’ll receive two (2) notifications directly on your phone: one to configure mobile data and the other to configure multimedia messaging (MMS).
3- Install these two (2) configurations.
4- If a PIN code is required, enter 1234.
