Only 561GB appears on a 5TB drive connected to my Fizz Router, why?

I'm trying to connect a usb powered drive to my Fizz Router. It's a 5TB, formatted in NTFS. It's empty for now.
I activated SMB1 on Windows 10, connected my drive - but now only 561GB shows up. Any idea why?
It's also, SUPER SLOW. Doesn't even top 1mbs, even though my drive goes around 130mbs. And my computer is hard-wired, so no reason to be that slow.
At this point, I'll probably buy a seperate router but, I'm wondering if anyone could help before I do that.

The usb port is for a NAS (Network-attached storage)
The CODA-4x8x modem supports the following Windows file systems:
- FAT16
- FAT3211 -
Then why do I see my NTFS drive? It's strange no?11

Louis-Philippe, you can see the drive, but you won't be able to access any of the contents when it is NTFS formatted.11

Ok, thanks for the answer Fizzy.
So even though the fizz router has a USB3 port, it can't really serve a NAS well because of the FAT32 limitations.
Would you by any chance have a router recommendation for NAS usage? I would like to get my disk original speed (130mbs) but without paying hundreds of dollars . . .11 -

you will probable need to buy your own router3

I can confirm that the 4x8x series of modem/routers does not support NTFS drives. Some USB drives might have an additional partition for recovery or auto-mount, which might be what you're seeing as a 561GB?
Here is the User Guide in attachment that confirms it.3
