Payment delay?

Can I delay payment until Thursday just for this month ? Payment is due today, however there's an issue with my CC that won't be resolved until Thursday, but I work from home so I need internet connection.

We are users here in the forum. You'd better chat with Fizz support for this issue.
Their official business hours are 8 AM to 9 PM every day, but I just checked and the chat is still available.
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-payment-cycles-work
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.13 -

I don't think you can as Fizz is a prepaid system. You may try to communicate with Fizz (https://fizz.ca/fr/nous-contacter ). If you have no solution, you may try to use another CC to pass the paiement.19 -

Were you able to contact Fizz support?
Otherwise if your renewal day is tomorrow and payment hasn't been made, your service will stop working tomorrow.
To reactivate it, you will need to use another credit card (possibly family, friend or even get a prepaid card, but Fizz does not accept Vanilla card). https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
When you're ready to make a manual payment:
Go to manage plan on your account, then click on Payment method. Look for the "Make payment now" button, click to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.13 -

I never saw someone having sucess with that request but it's worth it to try !11 -
I would suggest switching to another credit card for this month. maybe ask family or friends to borrow theirs for this payment10

You can't delay the monthly payment of your Fizz résidential internet plan.
Please, contact the Fizz customer by chat to inform them about the difficulties you are experiencing.
First, log to your Fizz account.
