Confusing default wifi password

Just received my modem and tried to connect but the password is confusing... Not sure if their "L" or "i"...

I believe that is FIZZol1DEIFB
But you are right FIZZol(L ou i )1DEI(L ou i )FB I will try all the permutation the 4 but try with all i7 -
Yeah... I figured they were all the same. Hopefully... Then thought they were all capital i's since that's how you write fizz... But it doesn't work...7

I think it's miniscule letter L and capital letter i. after you figure it out change the password7

Can you try to do a factory reset?
You can reset the Fizz modem to factory settings by pressing and holding for 20 seconds the small button at the back of your modem, with a pen or a paperclip.
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/none-my-devices-can-access-internet-wi-fi-or-using-cable-how-do-i-fix-it
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

That one in the sticker, however, if the password was changed by mistake from the tech before giving the modem this can help6

They all seem to be capital letters so my guess : 1(one) DEI (being Capital i) FB10 -

Look at the "l" on the word "Default". It looks exactly like "I" in "FIZZ"
Mike is partially correct. You will have to try all 4 possible combinations.
First one is definitely capital "i"
The last 2 can be capital "i" or "l"9 -
Figured it out. Thanks. My first assumption was wrong, they weren't all the same... You'd think they'd use a font that clearly shows the différence...
