how can i contact somebody to come and install my wifi earlier, i cant contact anybody and its frust

I paid for my wifi on Thursday October 29th thinking that they would come install it this weekend but they're only coming next Saturday November 7th. that's more than one week without wifi with me paying for something that I don't even have it. it doesn't make any sense how I'm paying for absolutely nothing. i want to know if somebody can come install it earlier please. its urgent that i need this wifi. please can somebody contact me

you need to check every day if a new time slot will be available.
To reschedule your technician appointment:
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
Beware — if you just finished scheduling your appointment, please allow a 3-hour delay for the Reschedule button to appear in your account.

Your first monthly payment will be charged to your credit card when you subscribe. Your payment cycle, however, will start with the delivery of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. Know that you are not 'paying' until Fizz install your modem and confirm connection. So the amount you paid will be effective from the day you connect until 30 days after.11

Sorry the installation appointments with technician are booked days in advance, sometimes even longer during busy periods.
You can do as Mike suggests and check daily to see if there is any cancellation so you can reschedule to take it and get your installation earlier. Good luck!11 -
Jessica, I'll confirm what the other users are saying, you paid a couple of days ago but you pay once a month and your month starts when you get your connection. As for your internet needs, if you have a Fizz telephone plan and you need more data than you know you'll have, you can ask the fine users that have data to spare and will understand what you're going through.11

It's totally normal that you were charged on the day of subscription since Fizz is a prepaid service. However, your payment cycle for the internet starts the day when you receive and connect the modem.
These days the delay for an appointment can be even longer than one week due to high number of subscriptions.7
