I have a plan and phone with Fizz. I have a second phone with Rogers. Can I transfer my second phone to Fizz? If yes, do I need a second plan in Fizz?

Yue you can transfer your second plan and number to fizz. It will be more valuable now to do it in a new account with a different email because of the 40$ credit now until the 18 November.9

no you do not need a second account, however, I believe that it is preferable
At this time you can have 40 $ for referring a new customer on the first account, and you will receive 40$ on the second account too at your 2nd payment. Therefore 80$ no bad.
In order to do that, you need two emails and 2 different accounts10 -

Best option would be to open a second account and use your referral code to activate 2nd phone.

If you want to transfer a number over to Fizz, you have to activate a new plan. It's one phone number per plan. Fizz has the complete details here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
Whether you choose to open the plan in your current account or under a new account is entirely up to you. As others mention, it will make more economical sense to open a new account (you must use a different email) as you can receive $40 on each account.9 -

Yes, you can transfert it to Fizz.
Just order a new sim card from Fizz and activate a new mobile plan.
You can open a new account with a different email and get the referral bonus of 40$( until 18th of november) if you apply it when you will activate your mobile plan.1
