Yes you can use this Iphone but with a regular Sim not with the eSim.10

Uzayr, the question concerning Fizz supporting eSim has been discussed but there has not been any timeline set yet.9

Hi Uzayr. Your phone has an eSIM inside but also has a tray for normal SIM. For now, not all mobile companies use eSIM. It may become a standard eventually in the next decade. For Fizz you have to order a (regular) SIM for your phone model and insert it in special tray. BUT, you can use the eSIM simultaneously to connect to a secondary mobile company (for ex. for your work mobile or if you travel and buy a plan from a local company) if they support it (see here https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT209096). Your phone support automatic switching between the two lines.9

Although Fizz does not support eSIM, you can get an eSIM from Airalo and add it to your iPhone 12. I do it when I travel to the US (3$ for 1GB).3
