Why is fizz displaying ads on my phone?

Anthony, are these Fizz ads or for other products or services? I don't think this is standard, you shouldn't be receiving any ads. Verify if your phone has any malware or hacked accounts. Try contacting customer support directly, maybe they have imsight on your issue. Log on and access the green chat bubble to contact them or via Facebook Messenger.

Ad Pop ups are usually not from a provider, but targeted ads might show you Fizz product because you have search for it in the past.

If you are having issue with ads popping up on your phone without doing anything, its usually because of an app installed on the phone (this is called an Adware). Usually removing this application will solve your ads problem. If you are unsure which application is behind, you could back up all your information and restore your device to the factory settings.

Hi Anthony. I have also ads promoting Fizz on my phone, but if you look attentively they are in internet browser. I use google Chrome, and I have a lot of advertising there but not only for Fizz; it depends a lot also on what pages you browse, also it may depend on what you have searched lately. Is not Fizz who put all ads there but Google, at least in my case. Fizz pay Google to advertise its business, and Google put Fizz ads in random internet pages seen by anyone. Fizz can't tell Google to avoid us (Fizz customers).
