Fourth slot after level 5?

Can we unlock a fourth slot to use a fourth discount reward after level 5? Or are three slots the maximum?

Three slots is currently the maximum you can unlock.13 -
Each plan has three slots that unlock on level 5. So if you have internet and mobile, you'll have three slots for internet and three slots for mobile.13

For now, the 3 slots are the maximum you can get.
It would be nice though if Fizz decided to add another salt at a higher level.16 -
Three slots maximum. However, I wonder what Fizz will do when the first discount rewards will expire (2 year expiration)...12
