Sébastien, are you reffering to an email Fizz sent you from a company that claims your IP address downloaded illegal torrents from? We're all users here in the forum so we can't give you advice on it but if Fizz sent you an email you'll have to contact them directly to have it clarified. To reach them log on to your account and click on the green chat bubble or through Facebook Messenger.12

Looks like illegal torrent activity from your IP address, when torrenting Music, video, or apps, etc... illegally from the internet the title owner logs your IP address, they ask your ISP to send you a warning letter.12

Looks like Carlo and Vanigh got it right.
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are obligated to send you such notification when there is sharing/downloading of copyrighted files done through your IP address.
You should share this email with all members of your household so that such activities do not continue.12 -
