getting charged for phone number I dont use or never activated?

When I login to my account I see multiple phone numbers that have been activated/de-activated that I never authorized. Now getting billed for one of them... need help getting the credit back as I do not want to have to cancel my Credit Card. if I do, i will be leaving Fizz as this will cause major headaches. amount in question is 34.42
as always, its impossible to talk or chat with someone. chat button does not exist. please contact asap by email or provide phone number or link to chat line. thanks

Please logon to your account to check the status of your plan(s). If someone has accessed your account without your consent, you need to change your password and contact Fizz support.
Here we are users in the community forum. For account specific issues, you need to contact Fizz support.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/transaction-history
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

In order to chat, you have to go during regular hours, 8 AM to 9 PM, If the bubble does not show, it is because there are too many in line. Keep trying, it will come.
First, log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours8 -

The service with Fizz is only online. If the chat bubble does not appear, it is because you are outside regular hours or because there are too many customers waiting in line. Keep trying, don't give up, the bubble will appear eventually.8 -

Really sorry about all this. But for this kind of problem, you really must contact Fizz customer service. The chat works fine during regular hours. You might have to try quite a few times if the bubble does not appear, it is because there are too many customers waiting in line to chat with someone.
You can also reach them on Facebook Messenger or Twitter.8 -

It sound like someone hacked your account. You need to change your password quickly, and then contact Fizz. You may do that by chat in Fizz work hours(daily 8AM to 9PM) or by facebook. On facebook you may let them message to contact you if buble chat is not available, (see here, etape 2: https://fizz.ca/fr/nous-contacter).
If not recognised transactions, is very possible to have a reimbursement for charges on your card.5 -
