Yup charges paid by your plan if you have Canada USA plan with Data.

    Hi Mark

That is correct. Your plan's coverage area determines both:
    1. Where you can use your phone.
    2. The areas you can call for free.

BTW incoming texts are always free. If you have texting in your plan, you can text to any local and international number.

Please note this restriction regarding usage of Fizz mobile plans: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network (the subscription area).

It is intended for occasional use only when roaming.

    Mark,
Yes, if you have the Canada/USA coverage, you wont have any other charge.
It's for occasional use in partner's zone.
If you are visiting Canada or USA for more than 3 months, you have to respect the rule to not use more 50% of your total utilisation with the Fizz's partners, if you do, Fizz can block your mobile plan.
