Have you tried restarting your modem?

Most of the time simply rebooting you modem does the job, if error persists try contacting the fizz team and they will gladly help you.1

You have forgotten to set your credit card information? The delay to bet back the service when you do a payment too late is at least 2 hours.
You can contact the Fizz customer service by chat.
First, log to your Fizz account.
Click on:
