2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.

4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page

Site is very buggy. I was charged 8 times on my CC, but 7 payments were refunded on their own. Check with the customer service just in case.

Hi Maxime,
You have to contact Fizz by their green bubble and chat with them. Here is just a community of users like you. We try to help other with less experience, or to share some of our knowledge for those in need like you.
I suggest to contact Fizz, just to clarify your situation. If you don't know how to contact them, use the steps in Fizzy's answer. Also, you can contact them by facebook.

First, log to your Fizz account.
