Here we are users, for payment problems you must contact support
To contact support by chat from 8 am to 9 pm
1- Log in to your account (see top right).
2- Any ad blocker in your browser must be disabled.
3- You must be on a help sheet, for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
4- The green bubble should appear at the bottom right of the page13 -
Site is very buggy. I was charged 8 times on my CC, but 7 payments were refunded on their own. Check with the customer service just in case.12

You have to contact Fizz by their green bubble and chat with them. Here is just a community of users like you. We try to help other with less experience, or to share some of our knowledge for those in need like you.
