Fizz put a google form to sign up a couple days ago, I was wondering if anyone had received any information yet?

Fizzy gave me in the post here above, the link for details, inscriptions, etc. I didn't well understood if this beta program is for mobile phones or for home phones... Can you help?9 -

This beta offer is for mobile phones. Fizz is offering both iPhone and Android phones.7 -
Thank you Fizzy. It was not clear, moreover because a lot of models/manufacturers client's propriety
are already in Fizz network, so why beta testing? Just if is a special fabrication for Fizz...9 -
