Am i going to receive the modem in advance ? Or the technican will bring it with him ?

Same here; technician showed up with the modem and activated everything on the spot. Took 20 mins max.

The day of your installation,
the technician will bring you the modem with the complete instructions for installation.
He will install a câble if it's necessary and ckeck the signal of your connexion.4 -
He'll have all the required material. The modem which he leaves with you and any missing cables or connectors to get the modem connected (in a reasonable area). They will also make sure the outside cable from the post to your house is fine (and will replace if needed).4
