Hello Mark. Yes that sounds fine. They just don't want people living in a roaming zone to be a full Time subscriber.

When you have Canada & USA coverage, it means you can use your phone in both Canada and USA. If you have any questions about a specific town or area, you can check the Fizz mobile coverage map: https://fizz.ca/en/coverage

Also your plan includes calls to both Canada and USA numbers while you are in your coverage area. If you have texting included in your plan, you can text to any international number.

Fizz is prepaid, there are never any unexpected, overage or roaming charges. You can use out-of-plan services only when you have purchased an applicable add-on or if you put money in your Fizz wallet.
