Gifted 3GB of Data lost?

A week ago gifted 3GB of Data to my daughter using her mobile number. It was never received and probably lost in nowhere. Then gifted 2*0.5GB using her email address and it worked.
Chat bubble doesn't work, no reply in Facebook.
Fizz is ok when you don't need a support but when you need it, even the most basic one, you may be quite disappointed.

I gifted multiple time using the phone number without problem, for me is working the chat
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.5 -

BTW, I gifted to mobile number before and it worked for me, but not that time. Checked the number several time, it's correct.5
