internet isnt working?

I turn on mobile data but nothing shows up, there's no internet and there's a little "R" upon the network logo, I dont know what to do I still have 2G2 of data left and i have no access to internet

Hi Anas, the R sign next to your network usually indicate that you are roaming outside of your home network. If you are on a different network, you might have to check your APN settings if your are using an Android device.

Try to put your phone in airplane mode for 20 seconds and put it back in regular mode.2
