Visual voicemail supported?

According to Apple's website (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204039) Fizz is supposed to support visual voicemail but I can not get it to work. Has anyone else had better luck?

  I don't think this is available yet. According to this post is still in the plans. https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2110122-plan-add-visual-voicemail-near-future

  Yes it's been like that since the beginning, They will probably offer it at some point but not right now. Last year they did a survey about VVM.
