I had the same issue, I was 2 days too early to sign up with the referral. Tried to contact support but they sadly could not help. Oh well, the monthly price and the 25$ referral is already super good.

When I saw that new promotions, I just wrote to 3 people of mine I know they are on the edge of making a move.
I convinced one today.
