Can I use a referral code on reactivation?

I had Fizz when it first launched but haven't had it for a long time. Is there an option to use a referral code upon reactivation or should I start over with a new account?

  If you are opening a new account with a different email adress.

  You can only use a referral code on a new account. Only when that account is activated with a plan will you be able to get the rewards (on the 2nd month).

  It's better to open a new account, so you can get new bonuses for 24 months.
