What chat room? The support?
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
This is kind of the chat room. otherwise there is the chat option for support. that is a little tricky to find. you need to go to your account, then click solution hub and search for a question. a bubble on the far right bottom will appear. it mainly comes on the rewards program link mike sent6

There is no chat room per se.
Fizz has the community forums
- English version here: https://community.fizz.ca/
- French version here: https://communaute.fizz.ca/
where you can ask a question as you have already done or answer questions.
And you have the green chat bubble where you can chat one-on-one with a Fizz support employee.6 -
Make sure that any adblocker software is disabled for Fizz website.4
