You need to unsubscribe and return the modem, you can only chat with them

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
You can also contact them via messenger. Just look for Fizz in it and you should see it.5

You can unsubscribe online at anytime in your account. Don’t forget to get a tracking number when you return your modem so you will have proof Fizz received the modem. You should receive a prorated refund for any unused days.6
