Is 2FA completely fixed now?

I know that Fizz had problems with 2FA before.
I couldn't receive my 2FA SMS from Questrade 2 weeks ago, but now it seems to work just fine now. Is 2FA supposed to work flawlessly now or are there still some issues with some other websites?

Weird. I've never had any problem with Google's 2 factor authentication, even with Fizz.
