New User - How to change password?
Started the service today. After setting up the router I went logged into csuadmin and the wifi password i had chosen. It went in.
Once inside the router, i went to change the router password. Entered the old password (wifi password), then entered a new password twice. It accepted it i supposed coz it logged me out back to login screen. then it wouldn't accept neither the old password nor the new one.
But, I downloaded the app on the phone, and it accepted the new password i had just setup.
So, app accepts the new password, router interface in browser doesn't. I don't get it.
Since I just took it our of the box, I'm assuming a factory reset may not help as it may happen again if i change the password.
Anyone can help identify why this happened?

That’s strange, is your web interface automatically adding a capital to cusadmin? Mine does for some reason.5

Karl thanks. The first thing it says, the link you posted, to click on Fizz login page and follow the process for resetting your password.
there is no such process4 -
Hi Joe
It looks like your password change worked, because you were able to logon to the app.
Go to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
and enter user: "cusadmin" (not "csuadmin" as written above in your post)
and your new password.
If you do the factory reset (press and hold down reset button for 10+ seconds), your password will reset to the original one (that is printed on the label behind the modem).5 -
So embarrassing. ... Sorry for the false alarm. I must be getting old.
