I have one account which I pay 35$ for the 15mbps and now I want to add another account for the same speed and I have to pay 5$ more for the same service ?

    The rates went up in July or early August. At least your existing account still has the same price as before.

    I want to add a new plan to another address under my same account and not change it. I just wanted to keep the same pricing

    Unfortunatly prices has increased but i can say that Fizz has been very good until now to not increase the price for existing customers that does not change their plan.
